Ethnic Art – Noahs Ark

Michael Beste, owner of Noahs Ark, is a dealer of Ethnic Art specializing in Indian and Tibetan Art.

He offers a wide variety of jewellery from India in gold and silver, Tibetan objects, collectible textiles and embroideries, statues, bronzes and tribal art. His selection includes a rare collection of Phulkaris and Baghs, embroideries of the Banjara, Kondh pieces and amulets from India.

He has written publications on the culture and the embroideries of the Banjara people, and on Phulkaris and Baghs. His article on the same subject was published in HALI magazine in December 2000.

Pieces of his collection can be found in many collections and museums all over the world.
