Description:

Chakla (square hanging), embroidered in heer (floss silk) on cotton  in elongated darn stitch, which runs in both horizontal and vertical direction ( in the manner of Punjabi Phulkari work)

Kathipa Style, first practised by the women of the Kathi landlord caste.
