Necklace with Gold and Lapislazuli

This necklace consists of antique gold pieces (22ct) from Tamil Nadu, South India and faceted lapis lazuli beads from Afghanistan.
The undyed lapis has a wonderful deep blue colour.
The pieces are separated by tiny faceted gold beads
The clasp is made of gold-plated sterling silver
